The Quantum Safe Transformation Platform — one system, built to take your organisation from quantum exposure to quantum-safe execution.

Most regulated enterprises know quantum-safe migration is coming. Few know where their highest-risk systems are, or how to begin without betting their programme on point tools that cannot talk to each other. AvinyaSQ is the platform built to solve it.

— The clock is already running

Three concrete quantum threats. All three already affect decisions you are making today.

2024

NIST Standards Published

FIPS 203, 204 & 205 released. Post-quantum migration begins.

2030

RSA Deprecation Begins

NIST IR 8547 deprecates RSA. US EO 14409 key establishment deadline.

2033

CNSA 2.0 Transition Target

Mandatory transition deadline for US national-security systems.

2035

RSA Disallowed Globally

Classical public-key cryptography completely disallowed across critical infrastructure.

NIST published the first post-quantum cryptography standards in August 2024 — FIPS 203, 204 and 205. CNSA 2.0 mandates US national-security systems transition by 2033. NIST IR 8547 deprecates RSA by 2030 and disallows it by 2035. Equivalent timelines apply across Germany (BSI), France (ANSSI), the UK (NCSC), the European Union (ENISA), and the Indian National Quantum Mission. The transition is no longer optional; it is scheduled. On 22 June 2026, the US signed Executive Order 14409 — placing hard, dated deadlines on post-quantum cryptography migration for federal agencies and covered contractors, with key establishment required by 2030.

The harder reality is that the threat is not just about decryption. Three concrete attack models drive action now:

01 · HARVEST NOW, DECRYPT LATER

Confidentiality

EXPOSEDCRQC
post-CRQC

Adversaries are archiving encrypted data today. When quantum computers arrive, everything captured before migration is retroactively exposed.

02 · TRUST NOW, FORGE LATER

Digital signatures issued today remain in circulation for years. Once broken, every certificate, contract, and firmware update signed with classical keys becomes forgeable.

03 · DEPLOY NOW, EXPLOIT LATER

Systems deployed today with classical cryptography carry a built-in exploit window. Medical devices, OT infrastructure, and satellites cannot be patched in the field.

— The Challenge

Most enterprise cryptographic migration programmes fail before they begin.

The technology exists. What has been missing is a single platform where discovery, governance, and execution work together.

Quantum-safe migration is a transformation programme built for a 3–5 year horizon. It requires a platform that holds the full journey together — from first inventory to final execution.

— A different problem, requiring a different category of platform

PQC migration is not a vulnerability-management problem. It needs a different category of platform.

01
Inventory Silo

Discovery scanners

Produce inventory but not strategy.

Knowing every certificate in the estate does not tell you which one to migrate first, why, or with what algorithm.

Missing Strategy & Priority
02
Assessment Silo

Risk frameworks

Produce assessment but need discovery data first.

They cannot start until inventory exists, and they have no built-in way to drive execution.

Missing Automated Action
03
Agility Silo

Crypto-agility platforms

Execute changes but cannot see what to change.

They are valuable downstream tools, but they assume the planning problem is already solved.

Missing Scope & Visibility
04
Patching Silo

Remediation execution tools

Execute migrations but cannot trace back to the discovery that justified each change.

Every execution wave inherits a different dataset. The evidence chain breaks exactly where it matters most.

— Products and platforms

Four pillars. One platform. Every phase of the migration.

01
Layer 01

Diagnose & Strategise

Understand where you stand. Build the board-ready plan before discovery starts.

02
Layer 02

Discover & Assess

Map your full cryptographic estate. Score every asset across seven risk dimensions.

03
Layer 03

Plan & Execute

Prioritised recommendations for every cryptographic asset. Clear next steps for your migration programme.

— The Platform

One platform. A suite of products.
Every stage of the migration.

Every product in the QSMP shares one Canonical Data Model — so what one product discovers, the next product acts on. The migration journey stays connected across every phase.

QRI

Layer 1

Quantum Readiness Index

Scores your organisation's quantum-safe posture across people, process, and technology. The baseline every migration programme starts from — a single number with the evidence behind it.

QS-ETSF

Layer 1

Enterprise Transition Strategy Framework

Produces a board-ready, governance-level quantum-safe roadmap in days. Defined before technical discovery begins — so the programme has direction before it has data.

UCDI

Layer 2

Unified Cryptography Discovery & Inventory

Multi-model cryptographic discovery across all systems — unified into one inventory that feeds every downstream product.

QRAM

Layer 2

Quantum Risk Assessment & Management

Scores every cryptographic asset across seven risk dimensions. Produces a prioritised gap register with per-asset remediation urgency — audit-ready at every scoring decision.

RI

Layer 3

Remediation Intelligence

Generates CAB-approvable, per-asset remediation recommendations by reasoning directly over the UCDI inventory and QRAM risk scores. The fix traces back to the exact asset the scanner found.

RE

Layer 3

Remediation Execution

Carries out the cryptographic change in production. Executes against the RI recommendation — same evidence chain, same asset record, no re-entry.

QSPaaS

Quantum-Safe Proxy as a Service

QSTaaS

— The Journey

From “we don’t know our cryptographic posture” to “our highest-risk systems are quantum-safe.”

A single continuous programme — not a sequence of engagements with data loss at every transition.

Start State · Today

Architecture designed without post-quantum threats as a variable. No Cryptographic Bill of Materials (CBOM) exists. Cryptographic inventory is fragmented across systems with no single structured record. The board has asked the question — but received no structured answer.

End State · Quantum-Safe

Highest-risk systems migrated. Governance framework live. Crypto-agility built into infrastructure — ready for the next standards transition without restart.
